Late Monday morning Truck 2 was sent on a second alarm to the City of Shamokin for a building fire with reported entrapment. City crews did a good job bringing the fire under control quickly with single digit temperatures and high winds. Truck 2 personnel assisted with salvage & overhaul operations. They were in service about 2 hours.
