This morning around 0800 hours the wagon ran an MVA at the intersections of Avenue and Vine streets. The wagon arrived on scene to find two vehicles in the middle of the intersection leaking fluids. The engine crew cut power to the vehicles and applied floor dry to the roadway. The box was placed in service about an hour later
