MCFD was dispatched to 3rd & Poplar Streets on the afternoon of February 17th for a reported natural gas leak. Crews from the 2Engine, 3Engine, and 5Rescue, used combustible gas and multi gas meters to check the 3 story apartment building and laundramat. 2Truck and 1 Engine staged at level 1. Crews found the leak and shut off the gas to the unit. Borough units were in service for about 30 minutes.
