Around 21:00 hours MCFD was dispatched for an odor call. Crews from 2truck, 2engine, & 5rescue used multi gas and combustible gas meters to investigate. The 1engine and 3 engines staged at level I. Crews were in service about 30 minutes.
As the department was returning to their houses, the tones rang again for a smoke detector activation. Crews from 5rescue and 2truck investigated as the remainiong units staged. Box back in service after about 20 minutes.
